The Rollers section of Setup Options allows you to configure your Roller Spacing, Roller Counter at Ramp Door and the Dolly Pattern.
Roller Spacing will apply to both Front Load and Rear Load Conveyor setups, this will be the centerline distance between two Dolly sections on your conveyor chain.
"Roller Counter At Trap Door" or what should be known as "Roller Counter At Ramp Door" is an optional selection based upon if you have an equipped Roller Counter.
None: Calculation done by Pulse and Logic to determine Roller travel calculations for sending up a Roller at a Wash Start sequence.
After: A "Positive Verification Sensor" mounted just After the Ramp door on top of the Conveyor Track that senses when a dolly has been successfully launched.
Before: A "Positive Verification Sensor" mounted just Before the Ramp door down below in the recessed Dolly track that counts every dolly section that passes by.
The Dolly Pattern allows you to set "How many Dollys" are launched to traverse the vehicle through the tunnel. Shown above is a configuration for a "Rear" sending Conveyor, in this instance we want 3 Dollys to pop up and push the vehicle. In Front Loading scenario, you would only ever select "1" Dolly and then configure the amount of Rear (Safety Dollys) to send after the vehicle passes over the Auto Dolly Treadle Switch.
