To configure, navigate to SITE COMMAND->ASSISTANCE TOOL->CONTROL WORD
NOTE: Default Wash is featured in C4012+, C5005+, and C6+ Series Controllers.
C5005 Controller Control Word section shown.
A "default wash" is the wash package applied to a vehicle should it enter the system with no associated package information. With this enabled (toggle enabled/slid to the right), when a vehicle is detected by the entrance eye, and the system has not been provided any package information, your configured "default wash" will apply to the vehicle. With it disabled (gray/slid to the left), when a vehicle is detected by the system, and the system has not been provided any package information, no wash will apply and no equipment will turn on; the vehicle will receive a "dry wash".
To choose which wash is applied when Default Wash is needed, within your Wash Packages - Washes, select any wash between #1 and #8, and name that wash Default Wash. Please note; the spelling, capitalization and spacing must be exactly
Default Wash
Once named properly, you may configure this wash as any other, to include only those outputs and features you wish to apply when no wash package has been provided the system.
