Type - 24 - MCR Monitor
An MCR Monitor input may be used as an 'operational' signal from the Master Control Relay (MCR). When a critical fault or e-stop is pressed, the MCR will disengage, causing the assigned MCR Monitor input to turn OFF. This is a way of using a software controlled e-stop condition and converting it to a hard-wired e-stop condition for safety purposes.
Active Input
Active Input Toggle switches input between being 'used' and 'not used' as it relates to the controller. When toggled OFF, input will not affect the controller status in any way.
