In the article Wet Down - What is it? we discussed what a Wet Down is, and why it's important. Here we'll discuss the how of setting it up. Let's tackle it!
To use and configure, navigate to SITE COMMAND->SETUP OPTIONS and scroll down to WET DOWN
Here you may specify the duration of a wet down cycle, in seconds. In the example shown below, the user has specified a 60 second wetdown cycle. Input your desired duration, and then then click SUBMIT at the bottom of the Setup Options page to apply the change.
Once you've got the duration locked in, now we need to tell the system WHICH outputs need to turn on during the wet down cycle. That's accomplished by going into each output individually (see article Outputs and associated articles to learn how), select "Include in the WetDown Procedure" as shown below, followed by clicking SUBMIT to apply the change.
Note: This is not the same as running a ghost car. This is just to get the wraps turning, conveyor hydraulics warmed up, and brushes wet.
