Wash Packages - Upsells

To configure, navigate to SITE COMMAND->WASH PACKAGES->UPSELLS

Upsells (sometimes referred to as "à la carte"s, "options" or "additional services") are enhancement to the wash package (see article Wash Packages - Washes).  An upsell is a group of outputs that may be added to a wash package by the point of sale, or entrance station.  Example Upsells might be a Dry-N-Shine, or Tire Shine. 

To add, remove or edit an upsell, navigate to WASH PACKAGES->UPSELLS.  Here the user can see all configured upsells that may already exist. 

NOTE:  A total of 16 Upsells are supported by the CruzControl controller.

In the example shown below, no Upsells have been configured

Clicking any Upsell in the list will bring up the EDIT UPSELL window.

Here you may configure the Description of this upsell, any tax or price information you wish to associate to it for later reporting purposes, as well as which output(s) are to be turned on when this Upsell is applied.  

Clicking the Select more outputs dropdown will reveal a list of all available outputs.

Clicking each output will either add to or remove from this upsell said output.  In the example below, the user has added three outputs; the output's bar has turned yellow and the output has been added to the list at the top.

Once all desired changes have been made, click SUBMIT at the bottom of the window to apply the changes.

Note: It is important to realize any output may be added to an Upsell, including those that may not be desirable; "Conveyor Run" for example.  Make your selections carefully and verify only those that are appropriate for the Upsell in question have been added, before clicking SUBMIT.
