Type - 14 - PAUSE
This input instructs the system to pause the conveyor and equipment with the following exception: all outputs configured to "Anti-Collision Leave On" will remain unaffected. This is commonly referred to as a "stop" button; it often used when the operator wishes to halt operation for brief periods, then resume operation from where before the pause, or stop, was triggered.
For a detailed explanation of outputs and how to configure them to remain on during a pause event, please see the following and its associated articles: Outputs Summary
Logic
Logic - can be set as Normally OPEN or Normally CLOSED. This designates whether at normal running state, whether the input should be ON or OFF.
Normally OPEN
When set to N/O Normally Open, the system will expect a 'low' signal while the input is at normal running state. Once the input turns 'high', the controller will pause.
Normally CLOSED
When set to N/C Normally Closed, the system will expect a 'high' signal while the input is at normal running state. Once the input turns 'low', the controller will pause.
PAUSE#

Active Input
Active Input Toggle switches input between being 'used' and 'not used' as it relates to the controller. When toggled OFF, input will not affect the controller status in any way.
