To use, navigate to ORGANIZATION->REPORTS->CONTROLLER COUNTS->DAY OF WEEK
This Day of Week report allows the user to specify a date range and view all packages washed, upsells sold, overrides applied during that time period, broken out by the day of the week (Mondays, Tuesdays, etc). This is a useful tool for detecting busy and slow days of the week.
Date Range
Hovering over, clicking in or tapping in either box will reveal a calendar to select both your start and end dates for this report.
Site
Clicking or tapping this menu will reveal all available sites within your tenant. Select the site you wish to run this report for.
In this example, we have three to choose from. We'll select Alpha Dr. and continue the example.
Displayed weekdays
Once you've selected your date range, and your site, Displayed weekdays will highlight each day of the week. Tapping or clicking the day will enable or disable that day, and add or remove that day from the resulting report. In this example, you can see we've selected Monday-Saturday, and deselected Sunday.
Results
Once you've made a selection either within the date range or site boxes, your report will auto generate and display as follows
In this example, we can see that for the time period specified, for the site Alpha Dr., we have washed a total of 7259 vehicles, with no upsells or overrides. It also appears Fridays are our busiest days, and Mondays lag significantly behind. Might we use this information to, for example, inspire a "Monday Madness" marketing campaign, to drive up our counts? The choice is yours!
EXPORT TO EXCEL XLSX
Clicking this will generate an Excel version of this report, allowing you to download it for future reference.
Search
If you'd like to limit the results by a particular package, upsell or override, you may begin typing the name of the item. The report will update to only include data relevant to your search criteria.
Include Packages, Include Upsells, Include Overrides
Another way to exclude or include data is by adding (plus symbol) or removing (X on the right of the item name) items. In the above example, you can see that within the Include Packages area, we're choosing to show 1 - The Works, 2 - Deluxe, 3 - Basic+ and 4 - Basic package information.
