To use, navigate to ORGANIZATION->REPORTS->CONTROLLER COUNTS->HOURLY
This hourly report allows the user to specify a date range and a consecutive hour of day window, and view all packages washed, upsells sold, overrides applied during that time period, broken out by hour of the day. This is a useful tool for detecting busy and slow hours within a day.

In this example, we have three to choose from. We'll select Alpha Dr. and continue the example.

Sliding the left dot to the right allow the user to select the hour of day to start the report. Below you can see we've specified 6am.
Sliding the right do to the left allows the user to select the hour of day to end the report. Below you can see we've specified 8pm.
Results
Once you've made a selection either within the date range, hour slider or site boxes, your report will auto generate and display as follows
In this example, and for example, for the date range specified, we can see that between the hours of 6am-7am we washed a total of 278 vehicles. Of which 68 those were #1 - The Works, 66 were #2 - Deluxe, 88 were #3 - Basic + and 56 were #4 - Basic.
Looking at the data on the whole, we can use this data to infer we're busier in the afternoon from 1pm until 4pm than we are in the mornings, and also that our 4pm-5pm hour is significantly less busy that all other hours in the day. Might we use this information to, for example, inspire a "happy hour" marketing campaign during that time, to drive up our counts? The choice is yours!
EXPORT TO EXCEL XLSX
Clicking this will generate an Excel version of this report, allowing you to download it for future reference.
Search
If you'd like to limit the results by a particular package, upsell or override, you may begin typing the name of the item. The report will update to only include data relevant to your search criteria.
Include Packages, Include Upsells, Include Overrides
Another way to exclude or include data is by adding (plus symbol) or removing (X on the right of the item name) items. In the above example, you can see that within the Include Packages area, we're choosing to show 1 - The Works, 2 - Deluxe, 3 - Basic+ and 4 - Basic package information.
