Welcome to Organization! Organization is a grouping of reports and tools that apply to every site and location within your tenant.
A tenant is the top level of your CruzControl experience. If you are a single site operator, you'll have a tenant assigned to you and named as per your request while working with Motor City Wash Works Client Success. Within your tenant you'll have access to your new location. If you're a multi site operator, you'll have access to all your locations within your tenant. If you're a distributor or representative authorized and requiring access to multiple tenants, you'll be permitted to select which tenant and then within the tenant, you'll have access to those sites you've been authorized to view.
To begin, open a web browser on any device and navigate to CruzControl Portal (portal.cruzcontrol.app)
Enter the email address you've provided CruzControl during your Client Success on boarding process, or that provided you by your car wash's owner. Enter your password and then click Sign In.
Once logged in, select your tenant. Note that tenants listed here will vary upon your access level. In most cases, as a car wash owner, you'll only see one choice. Here we're showing two as this logged in user has access to both the Demo and Motor City Express Car Wash tenants
Once within a tenant, now select the site (or location) you wish to interact with.
In the above case, we've selected the Motor City Express Car Wash tenant. We now see this tenant has two locations; Car Wash Club and Alpha Dr.
As we're focused on Organization within this manual, we can select either Site to reach the Organization menu. In this case, we'll select Alpha Dr.
Its important to understand that all selections above the Organization header apply to the site you're viewing. In this example, that site is Alpha Dr (confirmed by viewing the top right hand corner of the page). All selections below the Organization header apply to all sites within your organization, or tenant. In this case, we're within the Motor City Express Car Wash tenant, and therefore we know any changes made will apply to both Alpha Dr. and Car Wash Club.

Reports
To use, navigate via web browser -> CruzControl Portal (portal.cruzcontrol.app)->Log in->Select your Tenant->Select a Site->ORGANIZATION->REPORTS
Reports are where the rubber meets the road. Here you can view everything from car counts (requires CruzControl Site Command subscription), to asset cost of ownership, inventory and purchase orders (requires CruzControl Site Track subscription), to equipment and liquid monitoring (requires CruzControl Site Scan subscription). Configuration
To use, navigate via web browser -> CruzControl Portal (portal.cruzcontrol.app)->Log in->Select your Tenant->Select a Site->ORGANIZATION->CONFIGURATION
This is where you'll configure tenant wide setting that in turn apply to all sites within your organization. Everything from users and permissions, to tenant regions, to assets, chemicals, inventory, thresholds and more can be found within this configuration area.
