Reports Summary

To use and configure, navigate to ORGANIZATION->REPORTS

Reports are critical to understanding how your wash(es) are performing.  The following describes each report currently available within Cruz v3.1.2.  As new reports are added, this list will be updated to reflect all the new features as they become available.  Stay tuned to this article!

Controller Counts

Clicking the drop down arrow to the right of CONTROLLER COUNTS reveals four reports to choose from

SUMMARY

This summary report allows the user to specify a date range and view all count totals (packages washed, upsells sold, overrides applied) for the given time period.  To learn more, please see article Reports - Controller Counts - Summary

HOURLY

This hourly report allows the user to specify a date range and view all packages washed, upsells sold, overrides applied during that time period, broken out by hour of the day. This is a useful tool for detecting busy and slow hours within a day.  To learn more, please see article Reports - Controller Counts - Hourly

DAILY

This daily report allows the user to specify a date range and view all packages washed, upsells sold, overrides applied during that time period, broken out by calendar day. This is a useful tool for detecting busy and slow calendar days.  To learn more, please see article Reports - Controller Counts - Daily

DAY OF WEEK

This Day of Week report allows the user to specify a date range and view all packages washed, upsells sold, overrides applied during that time period, broken out by the day of the week (Mondays, Tuesdays, etc).
